FORM Basketball

FORM is a basketball training brand focused on helping players develop sound shooting fundamentals through accessible, practical practice. Its patented FORM shooting aid uses a distinctive cube shape, flat sides, beveled edges and visual markers to guide hand placement, shooting-arm alignment, guide-hand position and follow-through. When released, the aid spins on one axis with proper form, offering immediate feedback that helps players adjust and build muscle memory for greater shooting consistency.

Designed for players of all ages and skill levels, FORM is available in sizes and weights matching official basketballs for kids, youth and women, and men. Its durable construction allows practice indoors or outdoors, with or without a hoop. The company presents FORM as an affordable alternative to costly private coaching and elaborate training equipment, and as a useful addition to individual workouts, team practices and warm-ups. FORM also provides guidance on how to use the product, along with resources, testimonials, FAQs and customer support for players, coaches and parents seeking to improve shooting technique.
