The Kosovo Basketball Federation (FBK) was established in 1991, with Isuf Lumi being its first elected chairman. FBK aims to promote and develop basketball in Kosovo through various programs, initiatives, and partnerships. They offer a wide range of services, including organizing tournaments, leagues, and camps for both male and female basketball players aged 8-16 in different cities such as Prishtinë, Prizren, Pejë, and Gjakovë.
