Established in 2009, our passion for adventure and commitment to high-quality spirits led us to create a range of artisanal gins, brandies, and liqueurs that embody the essence of our home and heritage. As the first distillery on the Mornington Peninsula, we draw inspiration from classic French brandies and employ traditional production methods to craft our premium aged spirit, Ochre brandy.

Our coastal location and proximity to a wine-growing region enable us to handcraft our grape-based eau de vie spirit using Victorian wine, resulting in a smoother and richer flavor profile.
