Der Schweizerische Baumeisterverband SBV besteht seit 1897. Er ist die gesamtschweizerische Berufs-, Wirtschafts- und Arbeitgeberorganisation der Unternehmungen des Hoch- und Tiefbaus sowie verwandter Zweige des Bauhauptgewerbes. Der SBV vertritt zusammen mit seinen Sektionen, Fachverbänden und -gruppen die überbetrieblichen Interessen seiner Mitglieder im Staat, in der Wirtschaft und in der Öffentlichkeit und engagiert sich namentlich in den Bereichen Arbeitgeberpolitik, Wirtschaftspolitik und Berufsbildungspolitik. La Société Suisse des Entrepreneurs SSE existe depuis 1897. Elle est l'organisation professionnelle, économique et patronale nationale des entreprises du bâtiment et du génie civil ainsi que des branches apparentées du secteur principal de la construction. En collaboration avec ses sections, associations et groupes professionnels, la SSE défend les intérêts interentreprises de ses membres auprès de l'Etat, de l'économie et du public. Elle s'engage notamment dans les domaines de la politique patronale, de la politique économique et de la politique de la formation professionnelle.
