Baumpflege Astrein is a Berlin tree-care service led by Meik Skoda, a certified specialist whose work combines practical climbing skills with careful, technically demanding tree operations. The business provides professional care for trees in urban and residential settings, balancing public safety with the health and development of different tree species.

Its services include pruning and crown care, deadwood removal, tree planting, fruit-tree care, tree removal and specialist felling, stump and root removal, and tree restoration. Work is carried out using rope-access techniques and, where appropriate, elevated work platforms. Baumpflege Astrein also offers tree assessments and reports, tree inventories, advice on permits and approval procedures, clearance around buildings, and work to maintain unobstructed space along paths and roads. Climbing specialists are available for hire as well.

The business highlights the importance of regular tree work, particularly where branches or damaged trees may pose a risk near streets, paths, or gardens. It serves projects of varying sizes through a network of Berlin tree-care professionals and states that consultations and quotations are free.
