About Bausch Paper
Bausch Articulating Paper, founded in 1953 by dentists Dr. Jean Bausch and his son Dr. Hans Bausch, is a renowned brand that prioritizes occlusion in every product they create.
Dr. Hans Bausch, with the support of his father, developed a revolutionary articulating paper that quickly gained acceptance globally for its progressive color transfer on moist surfaces. Over the years, Bausch expanded its occlusion test materials, introducing micro-thin articulating papers in the 60s and ultra-thin articulating-films in the 70s.
To complete their product line, they also developed Arti-Spot, a liquid high spot indicator in the 80s. In 1998, Dr. Jean Bausch GMBH & Co.
Ron Kraus and his wife Donna. The company experienced remarkable growth, becoming a leading provider of articulating and occlusal test products in partnership with reputable dental dealers in North America. Today, Bausch continues its legacy as the global leader in delivering top-quality and accurate articulating and occlusal test products.
They prioritize research and development, exemplified by their award-winning OccluSense®, which records masticatory forces and transmits data to their iPad app for analysis. The innovation allows for visual indications of occlusal contacts on patients' teeth in both 2D and 3D views. Bausch is proud to share the OccluSense® and welcomes any inquiries or comments
