The company began by making flat-roof products and continues to offer its established terrace support product. Since 1981, bautek has produced hang gliders, and from 2008 it also manufactured ultralight trikes and wings. Its past range includes models such as the Fizz, Astir, Kite, Sunrise, BiCo, Skycruiser, Pico L, Pico and Pico S, as well as earlier aircraft including the Saphir, Milan Racer and Spice.

Production was completely discontinued in 2020, so bautek no longer manufactures aircraft. It continues to support existing customers with spare parts, servicing and inspections.
