Led by Shafi Lodhi, MD, the practice’s board-certified psychiatrists have additional subspecialty fellowship training, including training at Stanford University School of Medicine. Its approach emphasizes diagnostic precision, with initial evaluations lasting 60 minutes and combining screening, quantitative baselines, and a clinical interview.

The practice evaluates and treats a broad range of adult psychiatric and neuropsychiatric conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, functional neurological disorder, traumatic brain injury, OCD, PTSD, and perinatal mental health concerns. Physicians also provide care related to physician mental health and psychiatric symptoms accompanying neurological or complex medical conditions. For patients taking multiple medications, the team offers deprescribing to systematically reduce unnecessary medication when appropriate.
