Bailey Bright

BayBright is a commercial solar funding specialist and photovoltaic installer based in Colwyn Bay, serving businesses and organisations across commercial, agricultural and non-profit sectors. Its Zero Cost Commercial Solar service is designed to help eligible customers reduce electricity costs without an upfront investment. BayBright funds and arranges the solar equipment, installation and grid connection, then supplies the generated electricity at a fixed, lower price per kilowatt-hour for 15 years. The company also manages ongoing system maintenance, including panel cleaning every six to twelve months.

Customers can use the service to lower operating costs, gain more predictable energy pricing and support sustainability goals. BayBright says eligible sites need a three-phase electrical connection and must provide a year of half-hourly meter readings or a 12-month usage breakdown. The offer is aimed at organisations with electricity usage of around 25–30 kW or more, subject to eligibility checks and building-owner approval where required. Options include purchasing the system during the contract or owning it for £1 at the end of year 15.
