Bayfair

Bayfair is a Tampa, Florida, luxury custom home builder that has been crafting homes in the Tampa Bay area since 1989. The company serves South Tampa, Odessa, and St. Petersburg, with projects also featured in neighborhoods including Davis Islands and Beach Park. Its design-build approach brings together architectural vision, structural engineering, pre-construction planning, and on-site craftsmanship to create one-of-a-kind homes shaped around each client’s lifestyle and the character of the location.

Bayfair’s services include custom home design and construction, teardown and rebuild projects, and guidance for clients seeking a homesite. The company also offers a curated selection of available lots and helps homeowners assess existing structures, navigate current codes, and plan elevated, storm-ready homes, particularly in flood-prone and waterfront areas. Its portfolio includes residences in a range of styles, such as modern, Mediterranean, and lakefront estates. With more than 35 years of experience, Bayfair invites prospective clients to explore its completed homes and building process or schedule a consultation to discuss a custom project.
