Bay Preschools is a family-run group of early childhood education and care centres serving families in Sydney’s Neutral Bay, Lavender Bay and Castlecrag communities. The centres provide long day care and programs designed to nurture children’s development and support their readiness for school, with a focus on building a lifelong love of learning.
Their curriculum is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and its principles of Belonging, Being and Becoming. Learning is shaped around five key outcomes, with an emphasis on helping children feel valued and connected, celebrating their individual identities and capabilities, and supporting them to actively explore and understand the world. Bay Preschools presents its centres as welcoming, homely environments where educators provide warm, attentive care.
The centres operate Monday to Friday. Neutral Bay and Lavender Bay are open from 8:00am to 6:00pm, while Sugarloaf Bay operates from 7:45am to 5:45pm. Bay Preschools also invites prospective educators to enquire about joining its teaching team.
