Hervey Bay Transformations, situated in Torquay, is a leading recovery center specializing in addiction rehabilitation. With over a decade of experience, it is the largest campus in the Transformations Program network, accommodating 25 men and 10 women. The serene environment, surrounded by trees and close to the beach, enhances the recovery experience, providing access to tranquil spaces and a swimming pool for relaxation.

The program comprises four structured stages that emphasize personal growth and health support. Residents receive tailored care plans from local GPs, engage in fitness activities, and benefit from individual and group therapies. The curriculum focuses on Optimal Healthy Living, while practical life skills are cultivated through work therapy, involving everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.

Under the guidance of experienced staff, many of whom have undergone the program themselves, participants are supported throughout their recovery journey.
