– Baytul Janazah

Baytul Janazah is an Islamic funeral service supporting families in the Wetteraukreis, Friedberg, Frankfurt and surrounding areas. Available 24 hours a day, the service guides families through funeral arrangements with dignity, clear communication and care in accordance with Islamic rites. Support begins with the first call and continues through collection and discreet transport from a home, hospital or care home, ritual washing (Ghusl), shrouding (Kafan), coordination of the Janazah prayer and burial.

The team liaises with local mosque communities and cemeteries, including arrangements for Muslim burial sections and grave orientation towards the Qibla. When families request it, Baytul Janazah also organises repatriation, including transport documents, consular formalities and flights. The service handles relevant paperwork and can explain options such as burial without a coffin where permitted.

Advice is offered in German, English, Arabic and Persian. A complete package is listed at €1,380; refrigeration, cemetery fees and repatriation are additional. Baytul Janazah also helps families understand possible social-services support for funeral costs
