BB Open Solutions B.V. is a Tilburg-based IT provider helping small and medium-sized businesses become more digitally independent. Working with open source since 2014, the company builds and manages integrated workplace, business software, network and support services, with a focus on European infrastructure, customer control and the ability to leave without losing data or configuration.

Its services include managed Linux laptops, network setup and hardware such as laptops, desktops, tablets and phones. BB Open also implements, migrates and manages Odoo for administration, sales, inventory and project work. Sextant supports workplace management, while Univention Nubus and UCS provide identity and access management. Mosa.Cloud offers file storage, documents and collaboration, and BB Open can bring these services together with European hosting and infrastructure.

Customers receive one point of contact and a unified approach to ongoing support and responsibility across the delivered systems. The company also designs technology stacks for specific organisational needs. Its case studies describe work involving data privacy, cost savings and Peppol-compliant e-invoicing and membership management.
