Hongfu Alliance, also known as Hongfu Forum or BBS118, is an online Chinese-language community built around lottery-related discussion, reference materials, and results archives. Organized as a forum, it brings together members in dedicated sections for Hong Kong, New Macau, and Old Macau lottery topics, alongside areas for predictions, number analysis, and related articles. The site provides records of past draws, including dates, numbers, and comparisons with earlier results, as well as yearly reference collections and number-statistics tools.

Members can also browse livestream links for draw information, a combination calculator, navigation resources, and discussion boards for suggestions and general recreation. The forum features user-contributed posts and moderated sections, with some content reserved for specific member areas. Hongfu Alliance publishes links to its navigation pages and provides contact details for site administration and advertising inquiries.

Its content focuses on lottery information and community discussion; predictions and promotional claims appearing in forum posts are user or advertiser content and should not be treated as verified results or guarantees
