Bethesda CARE Centre (BCARE) is a non-profit social service agency formed to serve the community, especially underprivileged and vulnerable groups. We were established in 1996 and have been a member of the National Council of Social Service since 2002. Today, we serve more than 2,000 clients, operating across 5 centres in the north-eastern region of Singapore.
