BC Association of School Psychologists

The British Columbia Association of School Psychologists (BCASP) is dedicated to representing school psychologists and promoting the standards of their profession throughout British Columbia. The organization focuses on enhancing the educational experiences of all students, advocating for effective service delivery to both children and their families. BCASP offers a range of membership options, currently in development, catering to various groups including students and retired professionals. Members benefit from resources such as newsletters, conferences, and workshops, which facilitate continuous learning and professional development.

The association also organizes significant events, including the annual BCASP Conference and specialized workshops aimed at addressing contemporary issues in school psychology. School psychologists affiliated with BCASP are highly trained professionals providing invaluable services in child and adolescent development, mental health, learning principles, and tailored interventions, thereby fostering a supportive educational environment. Through these efforts, BCASP embodies its mission of advancing school psychology and supporting the learning needs of students throughout the province.
