BC Bumpers is a basketball club based in Sittard, Netherlands, with a history dating back to 1969. Welcoming beginners and experienced players alike, the club combines skill development, teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship and enjoyment in a friendly community. Its teams span age groups from the youngest players through youth and senior basketball, with options including men’s, women’s 3x3 and mixed recreational basketball.
The club offers training for different ages and ability levels, primarily at the Stadssporthal and at sports halls on Valkstraat. Prospective members can join a free, no-obligation trial session before signing up; the club provides balls and training equipment. Membership fees vary by age category and are set annually. BC Bumpers also shares training schedules, club news and information about safe sport, and organises activities such as youth events. Members and supporters can shop for official Hummel club clothing, including warm-up shirts and hoodies, with optional personalisation. Supported by local and regional sponsors, BC Bumpers gives Sittard residents a place to learn, play and grow through basketball.
