About Bartley Community Care Services
Bartley Community Care Services (BCCS) is a compassionate brand based in Singapore. Established in 2000 by Bartley Christian Church, BCCS initially focused on helping needy residents in the Bartley Road vicinity and later expanded its reach to include the larger Serangoon area. As an institution of public character (IPC) since 2023, BCCS is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty for children in low-income families.
They offer a range of family-based services and programs designed to provide appropriate support and help children reach their full potential.
