BCFD

Basket Club Faverges Dolomieu (BCFD) is a community basketball club serving Dolomieu and Faverges-de-la-Tour, near La Tour-du-Pin in northern Isère, France. The club describes itself as a dynamic, well-organised organisation with a presence across northern Isère and the Alpine league. It welcomes players from age five, with teams and activities for all age groups through to seniors. Seniors can take part in competitive basketball or play recreationally, making the club suitable for people with different interests and levels of commitment.

Alongside basketball, BCFD offers BABYSPORT, a multisport activity for preschool children aged three to four. The programme has been running for five years, and the club is recognised by the Isère committee as a micro-basket organisation. Its website provides information about training, registration, holiday camps, stages, events, club history, facilities and partners. Families can also find details about the upcoming 2026–2027 season and access the club’s shop. Through its activities, BCFD supports sporting participation for children, young people and adults in the local communities it serves.
