If you have a complaint and feel like no one is listening, or if you are not satisfied with how a public organization has treated you, the Office of the Ombudsperson is here to assist you. They listen, investigate, and help find solutions. Being treated fairly is your right, and they are committed to ensuring that right is upheld.
You can file a complaint if you believe you have been treated unfairly, and the Office of the Ombudsperson will determine if they can investigate your case. They offer various outcomes if they find unfair treatment, such as refunds or reimbursements, overturning decisions, providing better explanations, or issuing formal apologies.
