B Lab France

B Corp is an international movement working to reshape the role of business in society and promote an economy that benefits people and the living world, rather than focusing solely on financial profit. In France, B Lab France supports this mission through the B Corp certification, which recognizes companies’ social, societal and environmental practices while encouraging ongoing progress and transformation of their business models.

The organization provides tools and services for companies at different stages of their impact journey. Its free online B Impact platform helps businesses assess and manage their social, societal and environmental performance against B Corp certification standards. B Lab France also offers guidance on the certification process, training resources and programs including a bootcamp for companies completing their self-assessment. Its initiatives extend to consultants, students, educational institutions, local authorities and territories through B Corp Consultants, B Academy and Cities CAN B.

Community is central to the movement: B Corp brings together more than 11,000 certified companies worldwide, including over 640 in France, and supports collective action, events and knowledge-sharing.
