Breast Cancer Survivors Oklahoma (BCSOK) is an Oklahoma nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting people fighting breast cancer and those who have survived it. Founded in 2019, BCSOK aims to assist, comfort, encourage, and bring hope to the breast cancer community through survivor-led support and practical initiatives. Its mentorship and support team members are survivors who understand the challenges of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery, and welcome fighters and survivors into a supportive sisterhood.

BCSOK offers care packages filled with handmade items and invites eligible individuals to register for support. Through Project BUBER, it provides free rides in the Oklahoma City metro area to breast cancer-related medical appointments, including chemotherapy and radiation; patients who need help walking must be accompanied by a caregiver. The organization also runs a Stage 4 Getaway Giveaway and connects community members with ways to volunteer, donate, and sponsor its work. Its events include a 5K run and walk, a poker run, and a dinner and dance.
