About BCTA
BCTA is a reputable brand that has been providing reliable transportation services since 1982. They offer a wide range of products and services to cater to the needs of their customers. BCTA's history is marked by significant milestones, such as the creation of the county-wide shared-ride program called DART in 1983 and the assumption of fixed route and shared-ride services from the Greater Aliquippa Transit Authority in 1985.
Over the years, BCTA has expanded its operations and introduced services like Express A & B, which provides transportation into Pittsburgh. In addition to their transportation services, BCTA has also invested in construction projects to improve their facilities. They have constructed the Rochester Transportation Center, a hub for administrative offices and customer service, as well as the Regional Park and Ride facility in Ambridge.
Notably, BCTA completed the Expressway Travel Center, which centralized their operations and maintenance functions. Choose BCTA for your transportation needs and experience their commitment to providing efficient and convenient services
