BCWT, or the Bulgarian Center for Women in Technology, is a brand dedicated to empowering women through technology. They believe that the more women are involved in the development of the digital and technological industries in Bulgaria, the more sustainable and successful our companies, products, and economy will be in the future. Founded in 2013, BCWT works to support female leadership and increase women's participation in the digital industry, science, and entrepreneurship.

Through various initiatives such as training, thematic events, leadership conferences, informal meetings, research, and partnerships with international organizations and projects, BCWT aims to inspire and motivate young girls and women to find their place and career in the digital world. They bridge the gap between technology, engineering concepts, the creative side of arts, and understanding sustainable development in harmony with nature.
