About Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre Berhad
Established in 2016, Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre (BDAC) is a non-profit-making company limited by guarantee. Independent from the government of Brunei Darussalam, BDAC aims to host Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, including arbitration and mediation. The center's objective is to provide arbitration and mediation services to meet the growing demands of both domestic and foreign clients.
BDAC aspires to grow its international presence and provide the highest quality of alternative dispute resolution. They also offer training services to develop skilled and competent individuals to achieve the nation's vision for the future, Wawasan 2035, to establish Brunei Darussalam as an International Arbitration Centre. BDAC is located in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
