BdFISH

Bangladesh Fisheries Information Share, also known as BdFISH, is an online platform dedicated to sharing fisheries-related information, with a focus on Bangladesh. It brings together educational resources, articles and community features for readers interested in fish, aquaculture and aquatic environments. The site publishes coverage of practical fish-farming topics, including pond polyculture of Vietnamese koi and monosex tilapia, as well as discussions of the fisheries sector and the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Its content also explores river health, fish taxonomy, marketing channels, species distribution and the conservation status of freshwater fishes in Bangladesh. Additional resources include a fisheries journal, quizzes, a photo gallery, documents and a fisheries dictionary in Bengali and English. BdFISH also provides a yellow-page directory and a question-and-answer section, inviting visitors to ask fisheries-related questions and submit feedback.

By combining technical topics, reference materials and opportunities for reader participation, the platform serves as an information hub for people seeking to learn about fisheries and aquatic life
