Beach Condos in Destin is a locally managed vacation rental brand serving Destin and Miramar Beach, Florida. Founded in 2005 by Renee and Laura Clayton, the family-run business has grown through referrals to manage around 90 condo rentals and two houses. Its collection includes properties in communities such as Majestic Sun, Maravilla, Beach Retreat, Leeward Key, and Crystal View, with options ranging from one to four bedrooms for groups of six to 13 guests.
The company focuses on well-maintained, thoughtfully renovated homes, with hands-on care for both properties and guests. Many rentals welcome well-groomed, well-trained pets with prior approval, and all units are non-smoking. Most properties are near Scenic Gulf Drive, within two miles of one another, making it easy for guests to explore the area.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are complimentary at many properties during the season, though availability varies by rental. Guests can search and book daily, weekly, or monthly stays directly, and the company shares local travel tips, dining suggestions, events, and activity ideas to help visitors plan their Gulf Coast vacation
