Beach For Babies

Beach For Babies is a charitable beach volleyball initiative based in Verbania, on the shores of Lake Maggiore. Through its annual tournament and related events, the organization brings athletes, supporters, entertainers and the local community together to raise funds for social projects. Its work has supported children’s and maternity services at Verbania’s Castelli Hospital, including the purchase of a pediatric ambulance for the local Red Cross and fundraising for a birth centre.

Other projects have included an inclusive playground in Verbania and support for rebuilding a playground in Romagna. The event features men’s and women’s competitions, youth tournaments, match schedules, rankings and player registration, alongside entertainment and community activities. News and updates share tournament results, finalists, fundraising milestones and stories from beneficiaries and supporters.

Beach For Babies also works with sponsors, ambassadors and charitable partners to help deliver its initiatives. By combining sport with fundraising, the organization uses beach volleyball as a platform for community participation and practical support for children, families and people with different abilities
