Beach Medical PLLC was a healthcare practice serving patients and families in the Outer Banks community from its location at 5200 North Croatan Highway in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. The practice provided medical appointments, medication refills, and urgent care services, supported by a team that included Dr. Teresa Wargovich, nurse practitioners Leah Woolridge and Carol Pilote, and physician assistant Eric Robisch.

Beach Medical announced that its urgent care clinic would close on December 12, 2025, and that appointments and medication refills would end on December 19, 2025. Dr. Wargovich planned to retire, while Woolridge, Pilote, and Robisch intended to continue providing primary care through a new practice, Hightide Healthcare, at the same location.
