Beach Volleyball Academy (BVA), home of the Zephyr Beach Club, is a youth beach volleyball program based in London, Ontario. Founded 19 years ago by Dave and Shaun as a way to introduce their community to the sport, BVA offers children and teens a place to learn, practice, and compete under the guidance of coaches who share a passion for beach volleyball. Its program welcomes players of all skill levels and emphasizes sportsmanship, physical fitness, friendship, and self-confidence.
Weekly sessions take place at North London Athletic Fields, near Adelaide Street and Kipps Lane. Tuesday evenings are for ages 11–14, Thursday evenings are for ages 15–19, and Wednesday sessions are open to ages 11–19. Each night offers two session times: 5:30–7:00 p.m. and 7:15–8:45 p.m. The academy provides program options and registration information for families interested in enrollment, practice details, and pricing. With an outdoor, summer-focused approach, BVA encourages young people to get outside, learn the game, and enjoy playing beach volleyball together.
