About Beaver Ranch
Beaver Ranch Community, Inc. (BRCI) is a nonprofit organization that jointly manages and operates Beaver Ranch Park with Jefferson County Open Space. Located in Conifer, Colorado, about 45 minutes from Denver, the 450-acre park offers outdoor recreation, community events, and a scenic setting for gatherings. The park’s activities include hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, zipline tours, and horseback riding, with trail maps and reservations available through its website. Denver Zip Lines and the Beaver Ranch Disc Golf Course also contribute property income that supports park operations.
BRCI is overseen by a volunteer board and employs staff to manage day-to-day activities. Its operations are funded through grants, donations, events, and property income. The organization is raising private donations and seeking potential grants to build a new playground as part of improvements outlined in Jefferson County Open Space’s Park Master Plan; the project is not funded by tax increases or tax dollars. Visitors can also attend community events, volunteer, or reserve the park for an event.
