Beca Rita Cetina is an independent Spanish-language information website that helps families in Mexico understand and follow the Rita Cetina and Benito Juárez scholarship processes. It clearly states that it is not an official government portal and directs users to official sources for applications and services. The site offers guidance on checking scholarship status, finding a registration folio, preparing documents, creating a Llave MX account, and completing tutor and student registration.

Its practical tools include CURP and school lookup guidance, a school search, and an estimated-support calculator. Visitors can also find explanations of eligibility, common registration issues, payment updates, calendars, and Banco del Bienestar card steps. The site covers information about support for public-school students, including the stated annual primary-school amount and bimonthly secondary-school support, with additional support for eligible siblings.

It emphasizes that registration is free and should be completed only through the official Rita Cetina website, while presenting its own content as a guide to help families navigate the process
