Beca Rita Cetina Gutiérrez is an education-support program for students enrolled in public schools in Mexico. Its basic-education benefit helps families cover the cost of school uniforms and supplies. The information provided describes a single payment of $2,500 MXN per eligible primary-school student for each school year.

Registration requires a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult to provide contact details and digital copies of official identification and recent proof of address, along with each student’s CURP and school identification details. Applicants begin by creating or accessing a Llave MX account, entering the adult’s information, and registering each student; submitted details then undergo validation. The site also provides guidance on account creation, updating contact information, and recovering a username or password.

Families can find information about in-person assistance and contact support through WhatsApp. The page states that the primary-school registration period described has closed and advises visitors to watch for the next call. It also notes that eligible public-secondary students may register for the 2025–2026 school year
