Beckmann

Ballonteam Beckmann is a ballooning team based in Moers, Germany, offering balloon rides across the Lower Rhine region. The team also takes part in national and international events, sharing its enthusiasm for ballooning with audiences in a variety of settings. Visitors can learn about the team’s equipment and how a balloon trip works, and find information on prices and weather considerations.

Alongside passenger flights, Ballonteam Beckmann works with businesses and event organisers interested in displaying a company logo in the sky or including a balloon as part of an event. The team also welcomes enquiries from people who would like to observe ballooning up close, join the team, or follow its activities at events. For schools, it is open to discussing educational projects on topics such as how balloons fly and what happens when air is heated.

Those interested in learning to pilot hot-air or gas balloons can also contact the team for information. The Moers and Essen balloon sport clubs are seeking members, providing another way to get involved.
