Bedayati is a social sector organization established in 2020, dedicated to empowering marginalized youth in Lebanon. Our vision is to champion an inclusive world of work, where everyone has the opportunity to participate and make a difference. We believe that lack of access to education or decent work opportunities should not hinder anyone's life journey.

Our mission is to act on social inclusion and expand opportunities for marginalized youth by providing skills training, personal development support, and holistic employment services. We address the barriers to employment that prevent youth from accessing sustainable work. We also partner with purpose-driven businesses and organizations to promote inclusive workplaces and expand decent work opportunities.

Our values include integrity, inclusion, and innovation. We prioritize building strong relationships of trust, widening the circle towards more inclusive workplaces and communities, and being catalytic and bold in responding to challenges. We strive for social impact while causing no unnecessary harm and continuously learn and improve through stakeholder participation.
