The European Digital Diplomacy Exchange (EDDE) is a project and intragovernmental network focused on enhancing government communicators' capabilities to effectively operate in the digital information space. Building upon the success of the previous project, Enhancing Digital Diplomacy Activities in Western Balkan and Eastern European Countries, EDDE aims to prioritize growth, sustainability, and leadership within the network. Supported by the U.

S. Department of State's grant, the project is implemented by the Centre for European Perspective in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia. To ensure a sustainable network, the Steering Board consists of public officers and communicators who have made significant contributions to digital diplomacy in their respective countries and the EDDE network.

The board offers hands-on government-to-government strategic digital communication guidance, training, mentorship, and establishes connections with private technology companies. With a focus on adapting to the digital age, EDDE empowers governments to effectively communicate with citizens and maintain representational purpose in the evolving digital information space
