Bedrijven helpen Bedrijven

BHB, short for Bedrijven Helpen Bedrijven (“Businesses Helping Businesses”), brings organisations together to address workforce challenges. The initiative connects employers with a broad network of professionals and supports successful matches between companies and talent. Its approach begins by considering why support is needed, who it is intended to help, and how the process can be made easier.

BHB reports that more than 30 organisations have participated, ranging from large and small businesses to machine manufacturers and care institutions. Across member companies, its network includes more than 2,000 employees who may be ready to pursue new opportunities. The organisation says 95% of employees it has helped to move into new roles have achieved a successful placement. With more than 13 years of experience, BHB draws on knowledge of the needs of both employers and employees.

Businesses can join the network and register to take part. BHB is based in Hengelo and provides contact by phone and email.
