The Beehive Early Learning Centre is an early childhood education provider located on Glen Road in Ranui, Auckland. It offers care and learning programmes for infants aged 1 to 2 years and children aged 2 to 5 years. The centre aims to create a warm, nurturing environment where children can feel safe, happy and secure as they learn and grow.
For infants, The Beehive provides a calm, predictable setting designed to support changing developmental needs and interests. Its infant area caters for up to 10 babies. The programme for older children encourages independent exploration and offers stimulating experiences through quality resources and a developed curriculum.
Across its programmes, the centre focuses on each child’s individual social, physical, emotional and intellectual development. Teachers build close, supportive relationships with children and encourage them to express ideas and feelings, make decisions and work towards their own solutions. The Beehive’s goal is to nurture socialisation skills, independence and positive self-image while extending children’s learning and preparing them for future educational environments.
