The business operates three craft beer shops in Hertfordshire, including locations in St Albans and Hitchin, where customers can browse, buy to enjoy in store or take drinks home. Refrigerated cellars hold selected beers for ageing, while the online shop offers UK-wide mainland delivery, local Hertfordshire delivery and free store pickup. Beer Shop HQ also offers fresh Tring Brewery cask-conditioned ale for preorder in sizes from 5 to 40 litres, with local delivery or collection.
