Konstantinos

Beets me is a Greek food and cooking brand created by Konstantinos, a longtime vegan who lives near Thessaloniki. Through its recipe blog, it shares approachable ideas for everyday meals, snacks and celebrations, with a strong focus on plant-based cooking. The recipes span main courses, pasta, legumes, salads, sauces and dips, breads and doughs, breakfasts, sweets, side dishes and appetizers. Many offer vegan takes on familiar favourites, including meat substitutes, plant-based cheeses and comfort foods, while others highlight simple home cooking and baking.

Beets me aims to make plant-based food varied, satisfying and practical, with recipes ranging from quick cinnamon rolls and air-fryer chocolate cake to seitan roasts, spinach pies and protein-rich bread. The brand also offers cooking workshops and e-books for people who want to develop their skills and explore vegan cuisine further. Alongside recipes, its site includes personal posts and updates, and invites readers to stay connected through its newsletter and social media.
