Before The Links

Before the Links is a Christ-centered youth development community founded in 2023 and based in Orlando, Florida. It helps young athletes grow in faith, character, leadership, and golf, with the aim of preparing them to excel both on and off the course. The organization says its ecosystem includes more than 55 athletes and focuses particularly on expanding opportunities for young people who may lack the resources or exposure needed to pursue competitive golf.

Its program combines elite golf coaching with mentorship, faith and leadership development, and guidance through the college recruitment process. Athletes can also gain access to private clubs and tournaments, helping them build experience and pursue ranking opportunities. Mentors use golf as a setting for developing qualities such as integrity, resilience, and effective communication, while also sharing life and business skills. Before the Links connects donors with athletes to support this work and foster meaningful mentorship. Founded by Robin Rosado, the organization seeks to develop not only accomplished golfers, but also thoughtful leaders equipped to contribute to their communities and future careers.
