BeHappi is the babywearing education and consultancy service of Felicitas Soncin, a qualified Portare i Piccoli instructor. Based in Alessandria, Italy, Felicitas supports parents who want to carry their babies safely and comfortably, while helping them understand how babywearing can nurture communication, trust and the relationship between parent and child. Her guidance goes beyond choosing a carrier: she helps families learn how to use it correctly and make informed choices suited to their needs.

BeHappi offers free introductory information sessions, group courses and individual consultations in Alessandria, Casale Monferrato, Novi Ligure and Nizza Monferrato. Parents can also book an online consultation, which includes advice and instructional videos. The service addresses common questions about selecting a wrap or other carrier, positioning a baby and responding to difficulties during use. Through practical instruction and personalised support, BeHappi aims to help families gain confidence in babywearing and make it a useful part of everyday care. The website also features a blog and newsletter for those interested in learning more.
