With a mission to help individuals balance their lives through a whole-body integrative approach, Carolyn guides her clients towards acceptance and empowers them to make the changes they need for a happier and healthier life. From a holistic perspective, she encourages self-care in all aspects, including nutrition, exercise, personal connections, identification with values, and deeply meaningful relationships.

Carolyn holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Post-Master’s Degree in Art Therapy. She is also a certified Health Coach, a trained facilitator of the Embody Love Movement, and has completed professional development training with Girls Leadership. Additionally, she is certified in Yoga.
