Beit Sisu

BEIT SISU is a private contrast therapy studio in Dubai, offering a dedicated space to reset, refocus and recharge. Its private suites combine cold plunges, infrared saunas and red light therapy towers, with cold plunge temperatures ranging from 3.5 to 8°C and sauna temperatures from 50 to 79°C. Guests can book a session alone or with a friend, and the team provides guidance for visitors at every experience level.

The studio’s services are designed around recovery and wellbeing, with sessions that bring together cold and heat therapies. BEIT SISU also offers monthly memberships: Silver includes four 60-minute sessions, Gold includes eight, and Black provides unlimited sessions, with the option to bring a friend for free. For use beyond the studio, its Kula Recovery portable ice baths can be delivered, set up and collected at homes, events or team locations across Dubai and surrounding areas. Available configurations include indoor or outdoor setups, with a chiller or ice.
