BeKid

Bekid is a Belgian childcare management platform designed to simplify the day-to-day running of nurseries and other childcare services. It brings administration, attendance tracking, billing, and family communication together in one system, with versions for computers, tablets, and parents’ mobile devices. Its tools support staff management, child registrations and contracts, arrival and departure records, financial reporting, payment reconciliation, and automatic reminders.

Teams can also record meals, care routines, naps, activities, health information, vaccinations, and children’s growth. The dedicated Bekid Parents app lets families report absences, request occasional care, view menus, access and pay invoices, and receive updates, photos, and reminders. Staff can share photos securely with the relevant families, subject to parental consent.

Additional features include forms and surveys, electronic signatures, Itsme login, compliance management, and data exports to Excel. Bekid offers a free demonstration, onboarding training, and ongoing support by email, video call, and written or video documentation. The platform can also support daily tracking offline, with data synchronised when internet access returns
