Beleco, z.s. je nezisková organizace s aktivní a dlouhou historií v environmentální oblasti. Od roku 2004 se podílíme na ochraně mnoha vzácných biotopů fyzicky na lokalitách a nebo v plánovacích dokumentech. Jsou za námi desítky projektů, odborných studií a zakázek, včetně těch mezinárodních. Jsme tým odborníků a naše specializace se vzájemně doplňují a prolínají. Specializujeme se na vodu v krajině a klimatickou změnu, péči o nelesní biotopy, revitalizace a migrační průchodnost toků, ochranářsky významné druhy perlorodku říční a lososa, vzdělávání a popularizaci našich odborných témat a mimo to i méně atraktivní, ale potřebné legislativní nástroje a strategické koncepce v environmentální oblasti. Spolupracujeme s mnoha partnery v neziskové, akademické i státní sféře. Aktivně působíme ve prospěch naší biodiverzity a zdravé krajiny.

Beleco is a Czech nature conservation organization that has worked to protect nature since 2004. Based in Prague, it brings together an interdisciplinary team of experts and takes a professional, responsible and independent approach to its work. The organization connects science, research and practical conservation, while working with different stakeholder groups to align their activities with the needs of nature.
Beleco’s services include preparing studies, research projects and assessments, as well as designing and carrying out management measures for natural sites.
