Belen Optimum Health

Belén Vázquez runs a children’s health clinic in Malahide, just outside Dublin, supporting babies, children and their families with personalised, gentle care. With qualifications in nutrition and craniosacral therapy, she takes a whole-child, root-cause approach to understanding health and wellbeing, considering factors such as diet, gut health, the nervous system and emotional regulation.

The clinic offers nutrition guidance and craniosacral therapy for concerns including colic, reflux, constipation, feeding difficulties, gut and immune health, sleep, mood and behaviour, and neurodivergence-related challenges. Services are tailored to each child and may include personalised dietary recommendations, supplement guidance and hands-on therapy. The practice also provides support for families navigating early childhood health concerns and changing needs as children grow.

Belén’s approach is described as natural, evidence-based and gentle, with an emphasis on helping parents make sense of their child’s needs and feel more confident in their care. The website also features resources, including articles, recipes, recommendations and frequently asked questions, to help families explore children’s health topics.
