Belgium in Space is a Belgian space and astronomy information website operated by Parsec vzw, a non-profit organisation that promotes spaceflight, astronomy, space weather, auroras and related sciences online. Its purpose is to highlight Belgium’s role in European and international space programmes and make developments in these fields accessible to the public.

The site publishes news and articles about Belgian space companies, satellites, missions, astronauts and astronomical research. Coverage ranges from commercial and scientific projects to ESA initiatives, space technology and discoveries about the Sun and stars. Visitors can also explore historical timelines, Belgian contributions to ESA, mission profiles, and updates on Belgian astronaut Raphaël Liégeois.

Belgium in Space provides practical resources alongside its editorial content, including links to organisations, observatories and educational institutions, as well as listings of Belgian jobs and training opportunities in spaceflight and astronomy. The wider Parsec network also includes astronomy and space-weather websites. In addition to its online activities, Parsec organises Starnights, described as Belgium’s largest star party, and invites supporters to contribute through donations.
