About BELhospice
BELhospice is the first specialized charitable organization in Serbia that provides palliative care to patients with advanced stage malignant diseases, where the prognosis is limited. Palliative care is an approach that improves the quality of life for patients and their families, addressing the problems faced by life-threatening illnesses through prevention and relief of suffering, early detection, and treatment of pain, as well as other physical, psychosocial, and spiritual issues. At BELhospice, we offer palliative care to terminally ill oncology patients in accordance with established standards.
Additionally, we support the education of relevant professionals and the general population, promoting the concept of palliative care and encouraging the community to support our work.
